When it comes to creating a wedding day full of heart, energy, and effortless celebration, Soojee and Thomas’ wedding at One Eleven East Hutto was pure magic. Every part of their day— from a personal ceremony to a packed, joyful dance floor— was filled with intention.
As an Austin wedding planner, I specialize in helping couples bring their unique vision to life. For Soojee and Thomas, that meant stepping in as their event manager to make sure every detail flowed seamlessly. They had already dreamed up an amazing day, my role was to tie it all together. That way, they could be fully present, soak in every moment, and celebrate without a second thought about logistics.
One Eleven East Hutto provided the perfect backdrop for their modern, love-filled day. Its historic charm, gorgeous natural light, and urban-industrial style allowed them to keep the focus where it belonged—on the people and the memories that mattered most.
If you’re looking for inspiration for a wedding that feels like you—not just another checklist—you’ll love this one. Let’s take a closer look at how Soojee and Thomas’ incredible celebration came to life!

Getting Ready at One Eleven East
Soojee and Thomas spent the morning getting ready at One Eleven East Hutto, surrounded by their closest friends and family. The venue’s airy suites, full of natural light and historic charm, created the perfect space for anticipation to build.
From the start, the atmosphere was joyful and relaxed—exactly what you want on your wedding day.
While final touches came together, every detail around them told a part of their story
As the bridal party popped champagne, the Austin vendor team worked quietly behind the scenes. Behind the scenes, I made sure the vision the couple dreamed of felt effortless from start to finish.

Whimsical Wedding Details
Soojee and Thomas’ wedding at One Eleven East Hutto transformed the venue’s clean, industrial charm into a colorful, welcoming celebration. Every element was intentional—elegant without being overdone, joyful without being loud. And most importantly? It felt just like them.
As guests arrived, they were welcomed by a cheerful display of Polaroids and a custom guest book setup. Vibrant florals from Love Lily Flowers added a playful, colorful touch to every corner of One Eleven East.
Reception tables featured blush napkins, amber bud vases, and flickering candles. The cozy candlelight created an intimate, inviting atmosphere for the evening. Instead of traditional table numbers, Soojee and Thomas chose playful names like “Cream Puff,” “Purple Yam,” and “Crunchy Chip.” Each table name was a sweet nod to the couple’s fun-loving personalities.
With decor, logistics, and vendor coordination handled by the In Ink team, Soojee and Thomas soaked in every magical moment.

A Ceremony Full of Heart at One Eleven East Hutto
As the sun poured through the tall windows of One Eleven East Hutto, guests settled into their seats, surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant florals climbing the white brick walls. The ceremony setup was simple, elegant, and overflowing with personality.
Rather than following a script, the couple wrote their own vows, creating one of the most heartfelt, emotional ceremonies I’ve ever seen. With every word, the room filled with laughter, tears, and so much love. It was clear how deeply these two care for one another—and how ready they were to step into this new chapter together.
The space itself couldn’t have been a better match. One Eleven East’s blank-slate charm made every moment feel intentional and unique, giving the couple the freedom to design a ceremony that felt like them.
From the way they held hands to the tiny glances and smiles they exchanged, this wasn’t just a ceremony—it was a true celebration of everything they’ve built and everything that’s to come.

A Night of Celebration and Nonstop Dancing
After their emotional ceremony at One Eleven East Hutto, Soojee and Thomas took a quiet moment together for golden hour portraits. Meanwhile, guests made their way into the reception, where candlelight flickered across long tables filled with artful blooms and soft blush linens.
When the couple reentered the room, they were met with cheers and applause. Without missing a beat, they stepped into their first dance. From there, the evening flowed effortlessly into the parent dances. Each one was sweet, personal, and full of emotion.
Then came the surprise: a choreographed dance with their parents that brought the house down. It was playful and totally unexpected—the kind of moment guests talk about long after the party ends.
Later in the evening, Soojee slipped into her second look: a short, playful white dress that screamed let’s party. With DJ Nixx Entertainment at the helm, the dance floor stayed packed from the first beat to the last. Friends and family laughed, sang, and danced like nobody was watching (the best kind of dance floor, if you ask me!).

How In Ink Made It Happen
From the moment Soojee and Thomas booked me for event management, my goal was simple: make their day feel effortless, joyful, and entirely true to them. After months of planning, they deserved to fully soak in every moment—and that’s exactly what we made happen.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, I stepped in to fine-tune the timeline, coordinate with vendors, and make sure no detail slipped through the cracks. The day wouldn’t have been possible without this great team of Austin vendors:
- Venue: One Eleven East
- Photo: Bexx Photographs
- Florals: Love Lily Flowers
- DJ: DJ Nixx
- Catering: Lilly Grace Catering
- Video: Word Photo and Film
- Beauty: Jessica J Beauty
On the wedding day, I worked behind the scenes to manage transitions, cue special moments, and handle all the logistics. While Soojee and Thomas were popping champagne and dancing with their people, I was making sure everything stayed on track.
Helping couples like Soojee and Thomas celebrate without stress is why I do what I do. Watching their day unfold so beautifully is something I’ll never forget.
